• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any form of technical manipulation to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors knowingly. Any winnings resulting from a known exploit are not payable and must be returned.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or providing false payment information.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 703 pub, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may raise disputes by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. 703 pub commits to providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body, including PAGCOR where the dispute falls within its jurisdiction over licensed online gaming operators. As a last resort, unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
